Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. If you have not received an update within 5-10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on weight and destination, and are calculated during the checkout process. All of our products ship from the Netherlands, which could impact your shipping rate depending on your distance.
We aim to ship worldwide. Unfortunately we cannot reach every corner of the globe. Due to Brexit and the new tax registration we decided to exclude customers from the United Kingdom. If you would like to check on forehand if it's possible to ship to your destination we encourage you to send an email to email@example.com
In most cases your package will arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping confirmation. Note, deliveries can be delayed by customs in the destination country or other external reasons such as COVID-19 or Brexit. Import duties may also be charged once the package reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
Return Policy and Exchange policy.
Please note we do not exchange items and we do not accept returns.
If your product is damaged or you would like another item for good reason please send a detailed explanation to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will offer you a replacement or we will transfer your money back.
If you would like to return one of our paintings please contact us via email@example.com. All shipping costs have to be payed by the recipient and if the product shows no default upon arrival we will transfer your money back. If the product is damaged we cannot reimburse the costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. We will reply within 5-10 business days to resolve the issue.
